Tork Modular Building Systems Inc. is an integrated industrial and engineering company that manages all processes from production to installation within the prefabricated and modular construction sector. With a strong production infrastructure, high engineering discipline, and on-site application experience, it provides safe, fast, and sustainable solutions for large-scale industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and transportation projects.
In addition to superstructure projects, our company also operates in infrastructure, rail systems, highway projects, water structures, and telecommunications infrastructure contracting.
Our central production facilities and expert teams working on-site operate within a coordinated and disciplined organizational structure. Our team of 515 experts, including prefabrication production and technical staff, and a field workforce of 185 personnel working on infrastructure and fiber optic projects, function seamlessly as a unit.
With a total of over 700 skilled personnel, we manage all processes from production to on-site execution from a single central hub.
Our Production Infrastructure and Capacity
Our production facilities, established on a 100,000 m² plot with 25,000 m² of covered area, include:
- Daily production of 4,000 m² of prefabricated main load-bearing systems
- Daily production of 1,000 m² of prefabricated concrete wall and façade panels
- Daily production of 500 m² of intermediate floor partitions (hollow-core slabs)
Thanks to our high production capacity and disciplined planning, we provide uninterrupted service for large-scale projects. Since our establishment, we have produced and installed hundreds of thousands of square meters of prefabricated reinforced concrete systems.

Our team of over 700 experts comprises production, logistics, installation, site management, reinforced concrete applications, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as infrastructure and fiber optic field teams.
All of our teams operate in accordance with the principles of occupational safety, quality control, and time management.

In industrial facilities, factory buildings, commercial projects, residential projects, as well as infrastructure and transportation investments, we manage all processes from project development to commissioning under a single roof, completing projects on a turnkey basis.
